Tee's House Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on educational experiences that integrate agriculture, arts, and STEAM learning.
We believe that every child deserves access to enriching experiences that nurture their creativity, curiosity, and confidence. Our programs are designed to connect young people with the natural world, with each other, and with their own potential.
Based in Pensacola, Florida, we serve youth across Northwest Florida through school partnerships, community programs, and seasonal enrichment initiatives.

Tierra Smith, M.S.
Founder and Executive Director
Tierra Smith is the Founder and Executive Director of Tee’s House Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering minds, nourishing bodies, and building futures through agriculture, arts, and community engagement.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, community advocate, and educator, Tierra combines over a decade of professional experience with a passion for food access, youth development, and creative enrichment.
Through innovative programs such as the A2 (Agriculture & Arts) initiative, community gardening, and mobile outreach, she works to create hands-on opportunities that inspire learning, promote wellness, and strengthen communities across Northwest Florida. Her vision is to cultivate resilient communities where individuals of all ages have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to thrive.
